This class will take your body and spine through and endless variety of core strengthening exercises that flex, rotate, extend and lengthen.Be prepared to have much fun while creating your “pilates body” –long lean muscles, awesome abs, and a strong sexy back. Our newest Revo Reformers are one of a kind, making this class challenging, exciting and highly addictive! Grip socks are suggested.

The apparatus is sleek and lean, just like the muscles it will help you sculpt. The majority of Tower exercises focus on one area of the body at a time, making it easier to isolate muscle groups. … Unlike Pilates Mat and Reformer workouts, one side of the body works at a time with tension and resistance balancing body strength.

Here, you will use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the targeted muscle groups. Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, yoga and functional training, incorporating the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
